The triple crown of the Khumbu Valley is an enviable mission taking on Mera Peak, Island Peak and Lobuche in one fantastic adventure of a lifetime.
All three of these fantastic peaks breach the 6,000m mark to take you onto their respective glaciers towards their summits. Where most people attempt just one of these at a time, the sense of accomplishment and achievement you will feel of taking on all three in one go will be like no other.
The experience of climbing in these magnificent surroundings with your strong and loyal Sherpa team will be unforgettable, the immersion into the Nepali culture totally absorbing.

Day 1/2 - Depart UK, Arrive Kathmandu
Day 3 - Fly to Lukla, and trek to Chutanga (3,050m)
Day 4 - Rest day at Chutanga with acclimatisation walk
Day 5 - Cross Zatrwa La (4,610m)
Day 6 - Trek to Mosom Kharka (Kote)
Day 7 - Mosom Kharka (Kote) to Tagnag
Day 8 - Rest Day with acclimatisation hike towards Kusum Kanguru
Day 9 - Trek to Khare
Day 10 - Glacier Training
Day 11 - Trek to Mera High Camp
Day 12 - Summit bid on Mera Peak 6,476m, down to Mera La base camp
Day 13 - Mera La Base Camp to Chamlang Base Camp (4,800m).
Day 14 - Chamlang Base Camp to Panch Pokhari (Five Lakes)
Day 15 - Panch Pokhari to High Camp below the Ambulapcha Pass
Day 16 - High Camp to trail junction with West Imja Tsho
Day 17 - To Island Peak Base Camp (4,970m)
Day 18 - Summit Island Peak 6,189m and down to Island Peak Base Camp
Day 19 - Island Peak Base Camp to Dingboche
Day 20 - Dingboche to Lobuche
Day 21 - Lobuche to Lobuche High Camp
Day 22 - Lobuche summit (6,119m) and back to High Camp
Day 23 - Lobuche High Camp to Pangboche
Day 24 - Pangboche to Namche Baazar
Day 25 - Namche Bazaar to Lukla
Day 26 - Lukla to Kathmandu
Day 27 - Contingency Day
Day 28/29 - Depart Nepal, Arrive UK
