Itinerary
- Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, you’ll be greeted by your hosts and transferred to your hotel.
- You’ll have a kit check and an opportunity to go shopping and/or rent any kit you may have forgotten.
- Enjoy the vibrant sights, sounds and colours of Kathmandu.
- In the evening, you’ll have a welcome dinner and briefing to get to know each other and discuss the adventure ahead.

- Take a breath-taking mountain flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Himalayas. As the adventure begins, soak in your first views of snow-capped peaks and alpine villages.
- After landing, you will begin a gentle trek through beautiful forests and traditional Sherpa settlements to the village of Phakding

Distance: 12 km
Hiking Time: 6 hours
- Ascend through Rhododendron and Pine forests and cross the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge on your way to Namche Bazaar, the bustling gateway to the Everest region.
- Spend a day acclimatizing in Namche Bazaar, exploring the local market, visiting the Sherpa Museum, and enjoying panoramic views of Everest and neighbouring peaks.

Distance: 10 km
Hiking Time: 5 hours
- Journey to Tengboche, home to an ancient monastery with breath-taking vistas of Everest, Ama Dablam, and other surrounding peaks.
Elevation: 3,970m to 4,410m
Distance: 11 km
Hiking Time: 6 hours
- Traverse through lush rhododendron forests and alpine landscapes as you make your way to Dingboche, a picturesque village nestled in the mountains.
Acclimatisation Day
- Another acclimatization day in Dingboche, offering the opportunity for a hike to Nagarjun Hill for panoramic views before a visit to a local bakery.
Elevation: 4,410m to 4,940m
Distance: 11 km
Hiking Time: 6-7 hours
- As you approach Lobuche, you’ll notice the landscape becoming more rugged and sparse, with incredible views of the surrounding peaks.
Elevation: 4,940m to Everest Base Camp (5,300m) then to 5,165m
Distance: 12 km
Hiking Time: 7-8 hours
- Reach the end of The Khumbu Valley as you visit the legendary Everest Base Camp!
- After the obligatory photos next to that famous sign, return to Gorak Shep for a well-earned rest.
Elevation: 5,165m to Kalar Pathar summit! (5,550m) then to 4,410m
Distance: 12 km
Hiking Time: 6 hours
- Arise very early to hike up to Kala Patthar for a stunning sunrise view of Everest
- Return to Gorak Shep for breakfast before packing the bags and descending back to Dingboche for the night.
Elevation: 4,4100m to 3,440m
Distance: 20 km
Hiking Time: 8 hours
- Retrace your steps back to Namche Bazaar, taking in the awe-inspiring Himalayan vistas along the way
- Perhaps a celebratory drink in one of Namche’s legendary bars?

Distance: 20 km
Hiking Time: 8 hours
- Your final trekking day takes you through lush forests and alpine meadows as you return to civilization.
- Arriving in Lukla, you’ll have time to relax, celebrate with your fellow trekkers, and reflect on the unforgettable journey.
- Say farewell to the mountains as we take an early flight back to Kathmandu. Upon arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel.
- The rest of the day is yours to rest, shop for souvenirs, or enjoy the vibrant energy of the city.
- An extra day built into the itinerary for any unexpected weather conditions, Lukla flight cancellations or other unforeseen circumstance.
- Your Himalayan journey concludes today. After breakfast, we’ll transfer you to the airport for your international departure.
- You leave Nepal with unforgettable memories, new friendships and a profound sense of achievement.
