Here’s a sample itinerary to inspire your holiday adventure:
- Meet your guide in The Lake District who will lead you on a refreshing, easy hike to get your legs moving and lungs filled with crisp mountain air.
- In the evening, settle into your charming accommodation before kicking off the festivities with a trip to a cosy local pub for dinner and drinks.
- Begin the day with an invigorating hike from your doorstep, climbing your first hill of the trip and taking in stunning winter views.
- Afterward, relax back at the lodge with a pre-Christmas supper and mulled wine by the fire – perfect for getting into the holiday spirit!
- Wake up to a festive morning, opening gifts and enjoying a delicious Christmas breakfast.
- Then, head out on a self-guided walk through the local area, soaking up the winter scenery before returning for a lavish Christmas feast, drinks and holiday merriment with fellow travellers.
- Shake off the indulgence of Christmas with a gentle hike up a smaller hill, perfect for easing back into the adventure.

The trip will go ahead regardless of conditions (The only exception being if the prevailing weather is too dangerous e.g. Thunderstorms)
