Is there a better way to spend the long, bank holiday weekend than sleeping under the stars, hidden away from the crowds, in the mountains?
DESCRIPTION
The weekend will involve exploring the The Cairngorm Plateau - The highest plateau, featuring 5 of the highest 6 mountains, in the UK - hiking and wild camping away from the crowds to clear your mind and open your senses to your majestic surroundings.
Meeting in Central London at 7:30pm, on the Friday, we will be heading to The Cairngorms National Park for 3-days in the most remote mountain area in the UK.
Over 500 miles north of London, it's amazing that this trip is even possible within this timeframe and we are so excited about it!
We will be travelling up on a sleeper bus with lie flat beds! So you don't need to worry about trying to sleep in a seated position.
INCLUDES
Depending on the weather, we will aim to reach the summit of the famous Cairngorm mountain and Ben MacDui - the highest peak in the Cairngorms (and the second highest peak in Britain!)
EXPERIANCE
You don't need to have any prior experience (although carrying a larger rucksack may require a basic standard of fitness) and the small group size will enable us to give you our full attention throughout the weekend, ensuring your safety and enjoyment is our number one priority.
Don't worry about the weather. Putting up/down a tent in the rain isn't everyone's idea of fun, so we have contingency plans in place to maintain the wilderness experience, whatever the weather!
